How to set-up transactional replication from back-up

Hi,

I am looking for a step-by-step guide on how I can set-up a replication
between 1 single SQL Server 2008 publisher and SQL Server 2008 subscriber. I
am regularly taking full back-up of the publishing database. Distributor is
already present on the publishing server.

Looking for a step by step guide as I am new to transactional replication.

In mgmt studio, right click the replication root in the tree view, this will
launch a step by step wizard.

Hi Frank,

Thanks for the response. I was looking for a document which explains the
different screens in the wizard and why should I select a particular option
in the wizard. Also there may be some "IMP POINTS" that I should consider
before starting with the replication wizard.

Can you point me any such document?

That's actually a course unto itself.

There aren't alot of options other that type of replication, tables /
articles and subscriber
